Part one: Work in industry

there are job opportunities in animation studios, game development company, film production, advertising agencies.
I am more interested in animation studios, film production and advertising agencies. Especially film for kids or commercial work.
what should i prepare : 2D demo animation ,networking.

Part two: Further Education

I want to specialize further or explore a different aspect of animation, there are PHD course in HongKong universities, like experimental animation.
what should I prepare: proposal and decide what I want to specialize in. Do research of universities and professor.

Part three: Internship

Apply for internships at animation studios or companies, which can provide valuable industry experience,most importantly is to build network,and potentially lead to a full time job opportunity.
what should I prepare: A solid portfolio or website, show reel , network.

Part four: production and development

job description:
Producers have overall responsibility for an animation production.Manage the director and all the other departments to ensure a project’s delivered on time, within budget and to the best creative brief.
Producers need to be able to predict production costs well and propose a budget.
also need to have deep understanding of animation and its creative possibilities.They allow the animators the freedom to experiment, at the same time as keeping the production on schedule.
in larger company, producers may be more focused on management, in smaller companies ,there is more potential for producers to oversee creative decisions.
producer should be good at leadership,manage all departments on a production,communicate well with everyone ,create an good working atmosphere.
be on top of whole project, prepare schedules and a production budget,negotiate salaries
have an excellent understanding of all the process of making an animation,be able to develop a concept.
work methodically and logically, find creative solutions.
