SHOW REEL:
the research of good showreel:2D animator as example.
- A nice cover with personal style.browsing some 2D animation show reel,i realize having a personal cover is essential, and should be in artist’s style.
- subtle background music or without music
- vimeo link is better. unlike YouTube link,vimeo can allow you to swap video and update it.
- variety of animation. for commercial or game or anything,each of them has different aspect focus on,like character performance or mechanics and show character personality.
- if its comedy. make sure its funny enough
- quality over quantity
- editing,make sure to make it flow. follow cinematography .

- i use YouTube link, included 2D demo,3D animation,and hand drawing stuff, not focusing on one aspect.and some of them definitely need to redraw,not fully cleaned up.
- what skills i wanna show: character performance,clean up.
- so some parts like<Green > its better to without color and add more inbetweens.
- just noticed there is no lip sync.

- assumptions(seconds per day)
- contract type-freelance/paye
- look at the company website ,what job have they done
- reread your CV/Cover letter, remind yourself what you have done

- use simple lines and two characters in my grad film
- background using textured paper.
